Hello, I’m Craig Simpson, owner of Simpsons Drainage – a drainage engineer with more than 10 years’ experience.
I worked for various drainage firms in the local area around Warminster before deciding to start my own company. Since then I’ve devoted all my energy to achieving success for the company, by delivering nothing but the best in service and workmanship for our customers. As I always say, failure is not an option on the job, or for the company.
We’re certified by the National Association of Drainage Contractors, hold a City & Guilds WJA (Water Jetting Association) accredited qualification, and have completed confined space training certification. We’re also Trading Standards “Buy with Confidence” approved.
The drive and dedication of myself and my team is paying off in ever-increasing trade (much of it acquired through word-of-mouth recommendation). We’re proud to have earned a reputation for doing business fairly in a friendly yet professional fashion – no hidden charges or hard sell tactics, with reasonable hourly rates and excellent results. We have one main aim: customer satisfaction.
Owner & Director
Craig Simpson, Owner and Director: You’ll meet amiable Craig if you call us out to empty your septic tank, because aside from numerous other duties that he takes on, driving the tanker is one of his favourite jobs. When he’s not working, Craig is a keen fisherman – he keeps fish too.
Diane Forster, Operations Manager: Diane is the organiser, dealing with the day to day running of the business, keeping track of jobs and sending us out into the field. When she gets time she enjoys countryside walks with her crazy dog!
Rosie Simpson, Director: She may be office-bound, but Simpsons Drainage couldn’t thrive without Rosie’s competent administration.
Jadon Williams, Drainage/Lining Engineer: This young man doesn’t mind getting down and dirty in the drains – in fact he enjoys it! He’s a great team player, conscientious and reliable.
Simpsons Drainage HQ is in the Wiltshire town of Warminster, close to the Somerset border, but we travel far and wide to carry out scheduled drainage works and repairs, including delivering our 24-hour Drain Emergency Service.
We try to confine our area of operation to within a 20-mile radius of Warminster to ensure that we can arrive promptly to deal with drain problems or empty septic tanks, but we’re happy to undertake drain repairs or drain installations further afield by arrangement, so feel free to ask!
Apart from Warminster and the rest of the BA12 postcode area (which includes Heytesbury, Crockerton, Corsley, Codford and Upton Scudamore) we cover the Wiltshire county town of Trowbridge BA14 and other large Wiltshire towns and surrounding villages such as Westbury BA13, Devizes SN10, Chippenham SN14, Melksham SN12 and Bradford on Avon BA15. Across the border in Somerset we’re kept busy fixing drains in Frome and the surrounding BA11 postcode area.
Next time you see our distinctive black van with its orange chevron motif on the bonnet pass by, give us a wave – we’ll be on our way to rescue someone from a drainage disaster!
